Terms & Conditions
Garage is not available for use with exception of washer & dryer. No Diving Absolutely No Smoking Inside or a $200 Fine will be charged No Loud Music outside after 10pm. Just out of respect for neighbors. Garbage Day is Monday. Please take garbage bins out on Sunday night. Please return garbage can to front of garage behind the bush on the left on Monday evening. Thank you.
Please note: We do require some things as you check out, please understand that this is so the home will be available when you or the next guest is ready to check in.
1. Towels need to be removed from the home and lanai and placed in the garage, with one load started
2. Garbage needs to be placed in the can by the driveway
3. Dirty dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher and a load started.
4. Grill needs to be cleaned upon departure
5. All windows and doors need to be secured and closed
6. Please do not leave any garbage in the pool, or balloons, or any other items as this can create problems with the filter and heater
7. The beds DO NOT need to be stripped, you can leave used bedding on the bed.

- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
