Enjoy, sunbathing on the lanai, while taking a dip in the heated pool. Relax & unwind in the Jacuzzi. Have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine down at the dock, and embrace the nature of sea life in the canal. 5 min. drive will take you to the local beach, Cape Coral Yacht Club on the Caloosahatchee River. As well as minutes to Downtown Cape Coral. Cameras are located on the outside of the property.

Terms & Conditions

Garage is not available for use with exception of washer & dryer. No Diving Absolutely No Smoking Inside or a $200 Fine will be charged No Loud Music outside after 10pm. Just out of respect for neighbors. Garbage Day is Monday. Please take garbage bins out on Sunday night. Please return garbage can to front of garage behind the bush on the left on Monday evening. Thank you.
